Scott Ewing is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Arizona, the Tohono O'odham Nation's tribal court, Pascua Yaqui tribal court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He currently focuses on civil rights litigation, civil forfeiture claims, and federal Indian law. Scott Ewing earned his Bachelor's degree with honors in cognitive science from Brown University in 2009 and his JD from Roger Williams University in 2012. He is currently a teaching fellow at the University of Arizona's undergraduate law program.
